Not all Brighton & Hove practices currently publish their prices online — but many do, and new CMA rules coming into full effect through 2026 will require all practices to publish standard price lists. We're updating our data as those lists appear.

Why some prices are missing: Many UK practices don't yet publish prices online. New CMA rules require all practices to publish standard price lists by early 2027 — we'll add them as they appear. You can still browse all 29 practices and contact any directly for a quote.
Of the 29 practices covered in Brighton & Hove, 12 are independently owned and 8 are part of larger corporate groups including Medivet and Pets at Home (Vets4Pets). Independent practices in the area tend to charge slightly less for consultations — and our data shows they make up the majority of the cheapest-priced options.

Not all Brighton practices provide their own out-of-hours cover. Of the 29 practices listed, the majority direct to a dedicated emergency clinic outside normal hours. Knowing where your nearest out-of-hours provider is before you need them could save critical time in an emergency.
